I work on IT field since 1993, I started as a computer operator back in 1993 where I first worked with MS-DOS 5.5 and Windows 3.1. In 1998 I moved to a Microsoft Partner where I wrote internal training materials such as Windows NT 4 and Networking Essentials. Part of my job in that company was also to maintain the mail server (Exchange 4), the Internet security using Proxy 2.0 and Cisco routers. In 1999 I moved to another Microsoft Partner, now as FTE and dedicated to a specific project. This project was held in a major telecommunication company where I was responsible to administer the Core Servers OS (Windows NT), Exchange 5.5 and Internet Security Gateway using Proxy 2.0. From 1999 to 2003 I worked at LanLink where I participate in many projects, acting sometimes as a Project Manager other times acting as a Support Analyst. Within this time I also became a Professor in a University and wrote my first book about CCNA where I covered OSI Model, Access Control List and other subjects related to the exam. In 2003 I moved to US where I worked at Compcontech and Dell. I’m a former Senior Security Support Escalation Engineer in the CSS Forefront Edge Team. Currently I'm working at Windows iX IT PRO Security Team as Senior Technical Writer.
